- Standard and Premium RV Sites Range Between $650 - $850
- Motel Rooms: $129 nightly
- Studio Apartment: $1,000 unfurnished - $1,200 furnished
- Garbage, sewer and water services are included in monthly rate for RV sites
- All utilities are included for studio apartments
- Metered electricity is payable separately once a month by the tenant.
- A credit/background check is required to qualify for a Monthly space.
- RV’s must be model year 2016 or newer
